1) I liked the class structure a lot and it all made sense to me where I understood everything when said the first time.

I agree that Mr. J does teaches differently. Like when you ask him a question, he doesn't tell you but he ask you another question. It makes you some to your own realization.

1. I found it helpful that we can ask questions and answer it ourselves. I find myself using that type of method a lot for any type of use.

I agree. Asking questions would help students a lot if they are stuck.

I agree. It makes us think more about our own question and how we can answer it. I also agree that there should be more time to read. I always get to the good part of the story and then Mr.J says "log your reading." it makes me want to read more.

i agree with jasmine because when we ask a question to Mr. Johnson he would turn it around and ask us a question so we would answer it.

The class structure is really nice and I like it. Made me understand everything. I think stuff that would help the students would be paying attention, asking questions, and being creative. I think Mr. Johnson really knows how to teach their students. One of my favorite teachers.

He is one of my favorite teachers too but not by being too nice and stuff but by his techniques of teaching. Makes the students involved.

I agree. Students should be on task and ask more question. He does know how to teach his not by what the district makes him teach but how he teaches his own way and his own rules.

What I found helpful about Mr.J's teaching was how to improvise your peers work and asking questions on how can I make it better.

I agree with all the things he did well but i STRONGLY disagree when you said "take action, to be honest it seems like your scared." Mr. Johnson is MUCH stronger than those freshman's in order to "to take action" in any of their altercations. He takes his job very seriously he loves what he does and "taking action" could possibly get him fired, its not his place to get involved, that's what the hall monitors are for. I do like that you said he taught you new things though, I hope you carry what he taught you until college.

in my opinion you are good a teaching I like the way you teach but there is a problem with that also. sometimes you tell us to do things we don't know how to do. you do help us if we don't know but there can be good and bad things out of that.

one thing that mr jhonson did good was that he teach us writing stranges so we can make our writing better.mr jhonson needs to work on explaining class work.

Mr. Johnson is a really awesome, cool, respectful and overall a very entertaining and funny teacher, But he is serious with grades and he will not push you but he will lower your grade if you don't do your work. He Is not pushy but will demand you to do your work and thatsh good. Something he could improve on is being more serious and to make sure to get the respect he deserves because he let us play around too much and many of us just fool around.

1. Don't do too much Data Set, and give us more time in class to do our projects or big stuff.

I found it helpful how Mr. Johnson didn't move on from a subject if we didn't understand it. He would explain things in different ways like the reading strategies to make it easier to understand what we just read. You can control the class instead of letting the talkative students ruin learning time from students who actually want to learn. You could also be more strict instead of letting them take advantage of you being so friendly.

Too much data sets? I think its great to have a lot of data sets, because it gives us so much information, but then again too much data sets can be bad, because theirs so much to just to take it and you gotta remember it all.

Mr. Johnson is really good at getting the whole class involved in the activity he catches your eyes when he talks you can tell he is really passionate about what he do he is a great teacher

what I find helpful that Mr. Johnson is willing to help students on his break time at and at lunch and connects with all the students in the class very well. though some small adjustments could be made such as don't get too carried away with a topic, like saying a kind of rant, because it takes from class time. that's about it its a pretty well rounded class.

Mr. Johnson way of teaching is really helpful and inspiring. His way of teaching keeps your mind going. I never felt bored in his class or not interested. The questions he gives us are never easy they always allow you to think long and hard.i think the way he teaches is excellent and will help me in the future.

For every sophomore here, i will not sugarcoat next year. WARNING, junior year will be rough, it will be stressful AF, and if u have chemistry or any IB classes... well i wish u good luck next year

11th grade SUMMARY FAM this year was meh, junior year will go by really fast or really slow depending on your teachers, if your teachers already have experience with teaching then they will have the best ways in teaching you how to do these things. I didn't get paid enough for attending junior year.

Mr.Johnson teaches us about life and to be open minded he teaches his own ways he can think about many things and talk about it in different ways. It's very interesting. He is the first teacher that i never got bored of he talks a lot but its just so interesting because i want to learn more and more about the subject. He never move on to a other subject he makes us understand the subject before moving on. I have nothing to say about his improving i think he is great already. :)

you did really well on keeping us working and how you came back from you're baby break and everything was not a disaster. i think you need to work on not talking when we write because we want to listen and it distracts us from writing also i think that you could not give us some much data sets.

The way you teach us is very interesting, its like you would try to give us the answer to a question but you would put it in a format of a question. You make us think for our self's and i think that's how every teacher should teach but then again if other teachers who start teaching like you it would be like having multiple Mr.J's......

I really like how you taught us about writing with details and not always writing crap. Because this class is English 10, it was quite pretty easy due to the knowledge of yours writing arguments and narratives. You're very specific with details, less spending time showing us then telling us. My mind is still functioning from writing all of these essays. Thank you for you work, and I 'll probably see you again. Outstanding Job this year!

The first thing Mr. Johnson did good was he's always happy and being in a happy environment makes easier to learn. The second thing he did good is every time we go off topic he would bring the topic to the random things we bring up. The third thing Mr. Johnson did good was he was good at organizing he classes. The fourth thing he did good was he cared about his students grades that's why he kept coming back even though he had 2 beautiful babies that were just recently born and we gave him a hard time.
